Organised by the Fédération Bruxelloise des Institutions pour Toxicomanes, the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network, the International Drug Policy Consortium and Agencia Piaget para o Desenvolvimento

The side event will focus on the range of factors which contribute to support or undermine drug policy modernization. Various country case studies – Portugal, Belgium and Canada – will be discussed in an effort to identify some of these elements.
