Le-Ann Dolan

Le-Ann Dolan joined the Legal Network's board of directors in 2005, serving as President for two terms.
Working in the HIV/AIDS field since 1997, Le-Ann is currently the Director of Programmes and Services with AIDS Committee of Toronto (ACT), a position that involves managing programs and services, supervising staff, community engagement, community-based research and advocacy.
Previously, she worked as an outreach worker with Safeworks’ harm reduction / needle exchange program in Calgary, Alberta, and in Community Development with AIDS Calgary, where she was responsible for their national and international portfolios. At AIDS Calgary, she successfully implemented human rights-based approaches at both the local and provincial levels, including the development, monitoring and evaluation of a human rights project. At the international level, Le-Ann co-managed projects taking place in South Africa, Zambia, Kosovo, Mexico and Albania.
In her work, Le-Ann strives to bridge policy makers, researchers, community workers, and those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS to work together in their response to the epidemic.
